The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the drive, expertise, and creativity to lead transformative marketing strategies. This is your chance to make a real impact, spearheading initiatives that boost revenue and deliver exceptional digital experiences for schools.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the creation and implementation of a revised digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of two Marketing Assistants, guiding them to support campaign execution.
- Build and optimise the overall digital marketing funnel, ensuring effective reporting and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee and redefine Juniper Education’s MarTech stack, including CRM systems, to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams to drive demand, enhance customer retention, and deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Campaigns: Own and deliver demand generation campaigns from concept to execution, increasing brand awareness and driving high-quality leads.
- Optimise Channels: Refine and manage email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC while testing and scaling new lead generation channels.
- Embrace AI and Automation: Increase the use of generative AI and automation platforms, developing cutting-edge expertise with the Head of Digital Marketing.
- Personalised Marketing: Leverage first-party data to deliver hyper-personalised, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Innovate and Lead: Proactively introduce fresh ideas and lead projects to expand our marketing capabilities.
- Leverage HubSpot Expertise: Manage HubSpot for website updates, email marketing, lead data, and performance tracking.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate marketing spend to maximise ROI. What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success driving demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns, preferably in SaaS.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier and a strong understanding of ABM and personalisation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid grasp of funnel optimisation.
- Deep knowledge of platforms like HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn, Meta, and SEO tools such as Semrush.
- Expertise in PPC, SEO strategy, content marketing, and A/B testing.
- Confidence working with stakeholders and presenting data-driven insights.
- A pragmatic, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to solving challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, with team management responsibilities.
- Experience in the SaaS sector is required.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, paired with an enthusiasm for achieving ambitious goals.
