Location: Remote with regular visits to Juniper offices and key clients Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum & Potential to earn £15,000 OTE Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business growth. You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting their journey while identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, lead research, and relationship building. Strong communication skills and the ability to showcase Junipers offerings in a compelling way are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Juniper products to offer the best recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Monitor key account metrics, provide insights, and drive growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage client expectations proactively, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Ensure all account activities align with company values, policies, and ethics.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships.
- Potential to earn £15,000 OTE

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Background in education software and client relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM, SEISMIC, Gong) to track client relationships.
- Desire to progress within a sales-led environment and drive business success.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Account Management or a related field.
