Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about bringing creative projects to life? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of web design and branding projects for our customers.
In this role, you’ll act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their websites and branding products are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, supporting the full project lifecycle from initial commission through to final launch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate the delivery of web design and branding projects, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, offering clear guidance and support throughout the process.
- Help manage project pipelines and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and maintained for transparency and continuity.
- Handle customer queries, explain functionality, and guide them through project requirements.
- Communicate updates effectively to internal teams, making sure the right people are working on the right tasks.
- Identify and refer upselling opportunities where appropriate.
- Support in resolving customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and DfE (Department for Education) requirements to support customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- Customer service focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience or interest in education, design, or digital environments is a plus.
Essential & Desirable Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project coordination or administration role (desirable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and present to individuals or small groups
- Skilled in time management and task prioritisation
- Capable of handling feedback and relaying updates clearly to others
- Experience with project management tools or CRMs (desirable)
