About the Role
Are you a passionate, ambitious digital marketer ready to take the next big step in your career? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing, purpose-led team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, delivering high-performing, multi-channel campaigns for a range of products and services. From email to events, SEO to paid media—you’ll be involved across the full digital spectrum, making a measurable impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across email, social, paid media, and web.
- Content Creation: Write and design engaging content—from blogs and emails to ads and social media assets.
- SEO & Website Support: Help keep our website fresh, search-friendly, and aligned to campaign objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign results, produce actionable reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Nurturing: Support automated workflows, remarketing efforts, and customer retention campaigns.
- Paid Media: Assist in managing PPC, display, and social advertising efforts to maximise ROI.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content meets our brand standards and reflects our tone of voice.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage tools like HubSpot to segment audiences and streamline communications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align efforts with wider business goals.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas for new approaches, A/B tests, and ways to improve channel performance.
- Quality Control: Review all outputs for accuracy, usability, and compliance with brand and data policies.
What we’re looking for
- A customer-first mindset and an enthusiasm for digital marketing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience building and managing email campaigns—HubSpot experience preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
- A working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and the customer marketing funnel.
- Some experience running events or webinars (Teams, StreamYard, or similar).
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and hyper-personalised content.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to guide decisions and optimise results.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Confidence presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
- Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Desirable: Experience in a SaaS or services business
- Desirable: Familiarity with AI tools and their role in modern marketing (a plus!).
