We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our customers and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Juniper Education’s HR Administration service.
This role is key to delivering an efficient, accurate and customer-focused service. You will support schools and trusts by administering HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the ongoing development of our HR Information System (HRIS) and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Communicate with key customer contacts to administer HR documentation, including letters and contracts of employment, using approved templates
· Monitor, coordinate and respond to enquiries via the Juniper HR Administration Zendesk inbox
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date school HR files
· Ensure the latest templates and pay scales are stored and available for customer use
· Proactively promote Juniper’s HR services to new and existing customers
· Support the development and set up of HRIS system, and roll out to customers
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR administration processes and ways of working
· Confident in the use of IT systems including Outlook, MS Word (mail merge), Zendesk and HRIS systems.
About You
· Previous experience in an HR administrative role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail with high standards of accuracy
· Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines
· Confident using IT systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Word (mail merge) and Zendesk
· Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
