We’re looking for a designer who cares about the details.
Not just someone who can make things look good but someone who understands how creative actually performs.
Someone who thinks about:
· what makes people stop scrolling
· how a message lands
· and how design supports the bigger picture
At Juniper, creative plays a big role in how we show up across social, campaigns, website, email, and beyond. We’re looking for someone who can help us raise the standard.
The role
This is a hands-on design role with real variety.
You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across everything we do visually from social content and campaigns to sales collateral and product marketing.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager (who owns our brand guidelines), along with the wider Communications and Marketing teams. Your role is to interpret and apply the brand consistently while pushing the quality of our creative forward.
A big part of the role is video and motion. We need someone who is just as comfortable creating short and long-form video as they are designing static assets.

· Creating short and long-form video content, animations and motion graphics
· Adapting creative for different platforms and formats without losing quality
· Working from briefs and turning them into clear, effective design
· Collaborating with marketing, content and social teams on campaigns
· Making sure everything we produce feels consistent, considered and on-brand
· Continuously improving output better ideas, better execution, better results
What we’re looking for
· Strong experience in digital design across multiple formats
· A portfolio that shows clean, modern, high-quality work
· Proven experience with video and motion (this is essential)
· Confidence working within brand guidelines while still being creative
· A good sense of what works on social and in marketing more broadly
You’ll probably be someone who…
· Notices the small details others miss
· Takes pride in producing high-quality work
· Is proactive and doesn’t wait for perfect briefs
· Is open to feedback and uses it to improve
· Can work at pace without cutting corners
· Enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas
